Khakima Khalizova

Khakima Khalizova completed her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior at Barnard College, Columbia University. Her thesis work focused on the role of the acetylcholine signal and its regulation by the DA D2 receptors in the motivation to initiate actions in mice. Her current research involves using a translational approach on reversing cognitive deficits in an animal model of schizophrenia.
